This is a post for all you last minute Larrys out there. Be it the fellas that do ALL their gift shopping on Christmas Eve, the uber-organised who have all the big gifts but who can’t resist a few extra stocking stuffers, or for that person who unexpectedly arrived home, or who got you a gift you weren’t expecting (there’s always one). I so wasn’t prepared for the bitter freeze of the past couple of weeks. Isn’t it supposed to be spring already? I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been caught out in the cold without gloves this week, and my hands were in bits. My usual Soap and Glory Hand Food isn’t cutting it, and I’d also been slathering my paws with Lush Coco Lotion to no avail. I resigned myself to enduring the uncomfortable dryness, until I had a lightbulb moment when tending to my cuticles. “Sure why not use some of this on my hands,” I said to myself. “It can hardly do any harm.”
Ladies, it was a revelation. My hands are now perfectly soft and moisturised.
