In honour of Valentine’s, I’m calling today’s NOTD, Love Letters.
I think I need a hand-lift, if there is such a thing.
I pinged the heart on my index finger so many times as I was painting it, I had to make it bigger and bigger and bigger… PRO-TIP ladies, wine and nail art don’t mix! Ironically, alcohol actually HELPED the rest of the manicure. If you haven’t heard about it before, I used the “newspaper nails” technique to create the lettering on the other fingers. This is where you dip newspaper strips in alcohol (vodka works well) and apply the strips to dry, painted nails. The print transfers leaving this awesome effect!
