I am a bit of a wagon when it comes to buying things and not reviewing them; a beauty blogger at her worst if you will! I realised just this weekend that its been near on a year since I spent €21.00 of my finest euros purchasing the No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense Eye Cream, so I suppose that means I really am a bad blogger :( I figured that if I had it a whole year that I must be liking it so I should share it with you; better late than never eh?!

Brushing it off: Are foundation brushes really all that necessary?

Valentine’s has just passed, and I’m still feeling the love for a lot of things, just not my foundation brushes.  I currently own a No. 7 Foundation Brush (synthetic, smallish head, stiff), a Sigma F80 (synthetic, medium flat head, very dense) and a Louise Young LY34 Super Foundation Brush (large, dome shaped head, neither stiff nor floppy). No7 Age Defence Cleanser – because I didn’t know what else to spend my million €7.50 vouchers on!


I bought this recently on a trip to Boots and it cost €12.95 (not including the discount). I used to love visiting Boots. Not so much any more because of those No7 vouchers. I know its a great initiative and people love it but sadly I am not one of those people. I feel under pressure to spend the vouchers the minute I get them because I don’t live near a Boots and the voucher will expire! As a result I buy many many crappy items. This buy is no exception.
