Garnier Herbashine Light Brown #600 Review

It’s actually been a fair few months since I dyed my hair light brown/dark blonde but I just never got around to posting about it until now. My hair is a natural dark blonde and I had been dying it a more peroxide shade for a few years now but due to the cost and the constant upkeep I decided enough was enough. I asked my hairdresser to help me go from bleached blonde to light brown with an ombre effect but she didn’t agree that it was a good idea so I threw caution to the wind and took a stab at it myself. Garnier Ambre Solaire No Streaks Bronzer – Self Tanning Mousse

Due to my Casper like complexion I do like to mix things up during the warmer weather (albeit the only “slightly warmer than winter” weather). I’m a little bit hesitant to try new fake tans; I truly am a creature of habit when it comes to tan so It was with trepidation that I obliged the kind folks at Garnier who sent me this one to try!

She used it daily and it did not cause breakouts which is SUPER IMPORTANT for most teenage girls. Coverage was excellent; it concealed spots and dark patches whilst not causing drying or flaking. It was easy to apply (she used her fingers despite my repeated attempts at getting her to use brushes) and provided just the right amount of coverage without looking cakey or too noticeable. Read on »
