With the despicable demise of Avon in Ireland a gap has been left in the market that a brand such as Mary Kay may just be able to fill; with a force of 33,000 regular women across the world now part of the Mary Kay Sales Directors team I see huge potential for them in the Irish market. I read about the L’oreal Feria Pastels home dye kits well before last Christmas and try as I might I couldn’t find out when they were launching in Ireland.
