With the despicable demise of Avon in Ireland a gap has been left in the market that a brand such as Mary Kay may just be able to fill; with a force of 33,000 regular women across the world now part of the Mary Kay Sales Directors team  I see huge potential for them in the Irish market. When I was approached by the brand recently I was  delighted to be given the opportunity to test some of their wares. I’m sure you’ve seen these babies about the blogosphere already, they’ve cropped up on various UK beauty blogs and my lust for them grew with every sighting! It was all I could do to stop myself from ordering them all the way from Selfridges across the water. “Kat, it’s only makeup!” as one Lorraine might say. Luckily I managed to pick up the much anticipated new cream blushes from Bourjois over the weekend and it made me very happy indeed.
