When the lovely folk over at So fragrances got in touch and asked us to review their wares we were only too happy to help out! The original So fragrance had seen me through my first kiss, my first disco, and god knows what other firsts during my teenage years! The scent invokes so many fun memories it’s hard to count ‘em!
For this review I decided to let our two teenage dolls do the guinea pigging; Henna and Inara. They wanted to remain “anonymous” hence my lovely photo-shopping skills below!
So Kiss Me: 15yr old Inara loved this perfume! It comes in cutesy lipstick patterned packaging, smells of blueberries, pineapple and citron all rounded off by comforting vanilla. musk and natural woods. Very age appropriate for a teenage girl and Inara said her friends “hearted” it! I have a queue of teenagers now wanting to be guinea girls for Dollyrouge! a 30ml or 50ml bottle will cost you under a tenner and is available from departments stores and chemists nationwide! Get saving that pocket money ladies!
So Eternal: Henna loved loved loved So Eternal! The lilac coloured packaging looks great on her dressing table (she picked this trait up from me! I love a nice bottle or package on my dresser!). So Eternal has a burst of fruity top notes including Clementine and lemon rounded off with romantic smells of orchid, pink peony and violet! It’s really gorgeous and perfect for disco wear! Henna is already saving up to buy more of the So range; she has been hinting at me to treat her to So Superstar the cheeky mare! Again the price range is super affordable and within pocket money budgets with all fragrances coming in under a tenner!
So all in all our teenage guinea girls loved the So range! I’m just jealous I didnt get to keep any of the fragrance myself!
