A quick run through of some of the amazing style on show at Cannes 2012 to date:
Joshua Jackson, & Diane Kruger in Nini Ricci
I heart Diane Kruger; everything about this outfit is beautiful right down to the makeup! I would never have thought white on pale skin could look so beautiful but she pulls it off to perfection. I’m off to invest in some Mac Face & Body or Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs (when Sally Hansen says Legs I read “all over body”).
Angelina Jolie in another brown/black combo
Angelina Jolie sucks the life out of me when it comes to fashion. She is constantly in brown or black combos; usually of the sack like variety. This number is a slight exception; she stuck to one of her favourite colours but the dress is more fitted than usual. It looks great but I’m still not keen on brown.
Fan Bing Bing in Christopher Bu
I had never heard of Fan Bing Bing (or Mrs Bing Bing as I now like to call her) before Cannes. Just look at that dress.Its amazing and such a fresh of breath air from your bog standard black tie dresses. Upon some further internet googling it appears Mrs Bing Bing’s hair is a symbol of the Tang Dynasty noble women and her dress tells the story of four beauties from ancient China! Fab fab fab.
Kelly Brook in Project D
Lastly, I must be the only person left on the planet who doesn’t like Kelly Brooks silver number; I cant place my finger on why I don’t like it, I just don’t. Anyway, she is not short of admirers; she was approached by a wealthy business man with a very indecent proposal! He wanted to spend one night with her for 1 million bucks. Nice work if you can get it (I jest, I jest).
