I’ve been trying to pick up an Inglot Palette for a long time, but each time I browsed the store I was so overwhelmed by the massive choice of colours and textures available, I always left empty handed. Has that ever happened to anyone else or am I just mental? Well recently I decided that I would simply go in, turn the brain off and pick out 5 colours for testing, without pressuring myself to find the (subjective) best of the lot. This is what I came home with.

Boy am I glad I did! These shadows are absolutely stunning. The swatches above are just one swipe, dry, without primer! Bowled over I was. I haven’t worn them extensively yet, but they strike me as being on par with MAC quality. The whole 5 pans including palette (a strong magnetic base with frosted plastic cover which snaps into place) is priced at €30. A MAC quad is at least €20 more expensive if I recall correctly. Also the square Inglot pans are 2.7 g each, whereas standard MAC pans are 1.5 g. I bet Inglot is a godsend for any young MUAs trying to build their kits.
I also picked up a 6SS brush (a dupe of the MAC 224 apparently) and a Matte Collection AMC Eyeliner Gel in a beautiful royal purple shade. I’ll report back on those shortly.
Ladies, I fear an obsession coming on… Enable me! What are your must have Inglot shades/products?
